Seth M. Beckhardt is the founder and President of Beckhardt Consulting Systems, a Washington DC based firm primarily servicing clients in the federal government.

Mr. Beckhardt’s experience in the quality and process improvement arena includes serving as a senior member of the National Security Agency’s Operations Directorate Strategic Planning team; managing editor of an electronic newsmagazine devoted to quality initiatives; and as an internal consultant to the Department of Defense on quality issues. Mr. Beckhardt’s professional writings include publication in such industry standards as The Quality Observer.

Mr. Beckhardt is a graduate of the University of Miami (Fla.) where he received his B.S. in biochemistry.
