As a Principal at CSC, Mr. Vaillancourt works with clients to coordinate and integrate organizational performance assessments and performance improvement efforts. He has served with the Vice President’s National Performance Review (NPR) staff as a functional expert on Change Management issues.  He also spearheaded the Pentagon effort to develop and refine computer software, which allowed for computer-assisted organizational performance assessments across the US Air Force. 

With 18 years of government and industry experience, including experience as a mediator in labor/management disputes, Mr. Vaillancourt excels at developing and deploying performance measurement and improvement systems.
