Craig Kaplan
Craig Kaplan has served as iQ Company's founder and CEO since 1993. He has fifteen years experience leading software development and IT projects. In addition to a book and four patents, Craig has PhD and MS degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz. [more]


Seth Beckhardt
Seth Beckhardt has helped the US Marine Corps, the US Dept. of Energy, and other government clients effectively deploy and use iQ's assessment technology. He has advised the National Security Agency on strategic planning and has authored and edited several publications devoted to performance improvement. Seth holds a BS from the University of Miami. Mitch Forcier
Mitch Forcier was the lead architect of iQ's Smart Assessor and Team Assessor products. He has many years experience developing software products for Windows, Unix, Palm, Internet, and embedded systems. His work has been noted in several publications. In addition to thirteen U.S. patents, Mitch holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University at Chico.


Rex Green
Rex Green has developed assessment content for iQ's software products. He has more than 18 years experience designing and conducting research studies and providing multivariate statistical consulting services. In addition to more than 40 publications, Rex has a PhD in quantitative psychology from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University. [more]


Jon Hanshew
Jon Hanshew has served iQ Company as an advisor and expert in the area of Enterprise Application Integration and curriculum development. He has more than 30 years of IT experience including stints as chief architect and technical director for engagements with companies such as Cisco and MCI SYSTEMHOUSE/EDS. Jon holds a BS from Stanford University and spent three years teaching Math and Science in the Peace Corps. [more]


Joan J. Keller
Joan J. Keller was a key consultant for iQ Company on our major engagement with the Los Angeles Unified School District. She brings thirty years experience in the I.T. industry including work as a management consultant, ISO 9000 program director, software developer, and software quality expert. Joan holds a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Utah and is an instructor in the UC Santa Cruz Extension, Software Engineering program. [more]


Robert Lara
Bob Lara has served as iQ's software quality expert on consulting engagements with major clients such as the Los Angeles Unified School District. With 29 years experience in all phases of software development, Bob has helped prevent and solve quality problems across a wide range of systems and in many different organizational environments. John Luther
John Luther is an expert at building teams to assess organizations, developing new processes, and improving program performance using iQ's assessment technology. John has thirty years experience in leadership and management positions, and served as a Captain in the US Coast Guard. [more]


John Millar
John Millar was one of the principal business and technology strategists behind the launch of iQ's GroupKnowledge product. He has worked with technology companies for more than 14 years in business, engineering, and software development capacities. John holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley an, MS from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, and a BS from the University of Florida, Gainesville. [more]


Mark Neiman
Mark Neiman has created a range of database and internet utilities that help integrate iQ's component products into complete customer solutions. As a software engineer, he has provided programming support for a wide range of database and other corporate applications over the past ten years. Mark has a BS degree from Mississippi State University.

Christophe Ney
Christophe Ney was the lead architect of iQ's GroupKnowledge product. He has over ten years experience designing, architecting and developing hypermedia projects ranging from CAD to Internet applications. Christophe has a Master's degree in numerical analysis from Universite of Paris Sud and an Engineer Diploma from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées. [more]


Christian Pich
Christian Pich was the lead developer of iQ Company's GroupKnowledge product. Christian is an expert in developing web-based applications, including B2B and e-commerce software. He holds a PhD in physics from the Technical University of Munich and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Hamburg.


Dennis Vaillancourt
Dennis Vaillancourt spearheaded the Pentagon effort to us iQ's computer software, which allowed for computer-assisted organizational performance assessments across the US Air Force. Dennis brings more than 18 years of government and industry experience in the areas of performance measurement and improvement systems.

Jerry Vilhauer has helped iQ design and implement database solutions for its new collective intelligence technology. He has more than seven years experience with relational database development, project management, and requirements development. Jerry holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
