Assessment Modules
Any
performance improvement effort begins by measuring where the organization
is today as compared with where it wants to go to accomplish its goals.
An effective baseline requires measurement criteria that can be
put in the form of questions. iQ Company has developed question
sets (called Assessment Modules) for many of the measurement criteria
that are widely used today. These assessment modules work with the
GroupKnowledge or TeamAssessor
assessment software and include:
