Assess the information needs of all stakeholders in the Los Angeles Unified School District ranging from parents and teachers to top administration officials and members of the Board of Education.

Design preliminary specs for a web-based system that would meet these information needs, and then develop a detailed Request for Proposals that could be sent to vendors.

Help LAUSD conduct a RFP bidding process and evaluate proposals from major vendors like IBM.

"At AT&T we have used the iQ software to assist AT&T Language Line Services in applying for a California Baldrige-based award and on a national team that created an improvement plan for CMS, a large division of AT&T. At Language Line, the software was a critical component of our success, allowing teams to write the application efficiently and helping us input the right information for each Baldrige item. It also made the review and editing process much easier, connecting all the writers and pulling together all the information the team collected electronically.

For the national team, the iQ software was modified to meet our need to simplify the Baldrige National Quality Award application and create interview questions based upon the Baldrige criteria.
